Cait von Schnetlage, MA, MBA 

C.E.O

At the age of 18, Cait moved to the United States to attend school where she fell in love with this great nation and the American people. Now as a US citizen she is proud to call this country her home. Cait has dedicated her career and company to job creation, economic development, and economic growth.

Cait graduated with a BA in criminology and criminal justice from the University of Maryland in 2004. In 2011 she received her MA and MBA with a focus on government and public/private partnerships from John Hopkins University.  Cait also has a passion for entrepreneurship within the community, and has been teaching entrepreneurship courses as an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland since 2013.

At the age of 19, Paul received a BS in electrical engineering and computer science from UC Berkeley where he started taking courses when he was only 14 years old. Afterwards Paul made a move to the east coast to attend John Hopkins University where he received an MS in computer science and bioinformatics at 22. He then went on to receive his MBA from the University of Maryland's Smith School of Business.

Paul's interests include collecting antique indigenous Mexican art, kayaking, and playing Playstation 4 and XBox 360 with his sons.
